In my case, I used to blame a lack of experience, expertise or mentorship for my shortcomings. In reality, it was bad habits that were holding me back. It wasn’t until I began investing in myself that I saw a transformation in my habits and my life.
For me, my productivity increased when I began working on health and fitness. I developed habits that focused on time management, consistency, and mindfulness. As my self-awareness grew, it allowed me to make better decisions and maintain a level-head during stressful times.
